The parts warehousing and logistics management system can help customers grasp the status of production materials; the factory has finished product packaging and delivery capabilities, and can provide customers with complete parts storage management, finished product packaging and logistics delivery, etc.

• 【Facilities】

High power 4kW Laser welding：

Trumpf 4kW solid-state laser welding equipment from Germany, which can be used for shell structure welding, reduces the amount of screw locking, improves design freedom, and improves work efficiency. The busbar laser welding of the cell pole head can improve the resistance of the lock and enhance the efficiency of the battery module. It can be used for different types of cell welding projects.

      

 

Inspection equipment：

ACIR measurement, Hipot high voltage withstand voltage insulation, function testing, charging and discharging equipment and possess quality inspection and production record... etc.

                 

 

ESS production management record：
