In addition, NISSAN, the partner of YULON, also denotes 1,500 sets of protection equipments originally imported from Japan to those first line medical fighters who need these protections urgently and receive immediately concerns and cares. Linwang, the most famous animal in Taipei zoo and the most long-life elephant in Asia, was lied on February 26, 2003, in its 86 years, Linwang had brought Taiwan people lots of joys while walking through the toughtime of war. After the September 21, 1999 earthquake, YULON provided prompt assistance in the form of NT$21 million in cash, along with pharmaceuticals, water and other material supplies. YULON also mobilized its employees to design 24 containers and 120 mobile washrooms for the use of the people living in the disaster area, to make them more comfortable in the cold winter.
